CREER Expands its Bridge to EARTH April 17, 2008

EARTH University is one of the most progressive, service oriented universities in Costa Rica. EARTH has been known to be at the cutting edge of education, environmental science, and community service work in Costa Rica for several years. In the past 5 years EARTH has received 95% of grants from international donors for the work it does, mostly in the Carribean Region of Costa Rica, near, Guacimo, where EARTH is located. CREER has created an alliance with EARTH, providing assistance with EARTH's work in the southern pacific region of Costa Rica. CREER representatives recently met with Director Mario Piedra, and discussed a plethora of ideas and concepts that hope to begin being implemented in 2009.
